When will I pay my order?

If you choose as payment credit card or Pyapl order amount at the time of purchase will be charged and be shipping. If you have chosen as payment bank transfer, we send your order once we have received payment order.

If we have received the payment order and any of the items you've chosen are not available, we will contact you to find the best solution for you.

Where do you ship to?

To all Spain peninsula, Portugal peninsula and Baleares.

How I can know the shipping?

All our shipments cost 5.90 € to Spain Peninsula and Portugal Peninsula, free shipping from 99 €.

Can I change my delivery after the order is placed?

Once we have sent your order to the shipping address you provided we can not change the shipping information.

What happens when my package has arrived and has not been able to deliver?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery of the package the courier will leave a notice for you to get in touch with the courier company and agree on another schedule. The messenger usually puts before contact you to confirm delivery. If you can not receive the package at the address provided, please tell us your work address or a friend / relative.

We may have returned us the package because the messenger could not deliver the package to your address. In this case, we will contact you to see if you want to receive it in another direction or be repaid.

If in two weeks the package could not be delivered it will be returned to our facilities.

There are different reasons that the package has been returned:

- The address is incorrect.
- Nobody could pick up the package for the period of 2 weeks.
- The package has been rejected by the customer.

Can I have a shipping address different from the billing address?

You can send a package to a different address from the billing, for example when someone wants to do business and management are different. In this case, you must complete all the required data during the process.

Can I cancel an order once it has been sent?

Once an order is shipped we can not cancel it. To cancel an order before being sent you should contact the day with us and report it. We will refund the full amount of your order including shipping.

What if some items are out of stock?

If any item is unavailable because it is out of stock we will contact you to find the best solution for you.
